No booking commission, minimum booking fee or AI-source fee. Each plan covers one business/location. No long contract: cancel monthly. Extra locations, advanced integrations and substantial bespoke work are separately scoped, not included in the founding-plan price lock. We honour any earlier founding price accepted in an existing written agreement.

What is Kwotable?

Kwotable gives your business a page that customers and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can read. It shows your real prices and free times, and lets people send you a booking request in a minute, even after you've closed.

Do I have to change my booking system?

No. Keep what you use now. Kwotable sends you each booking request and you confirm it manually. Advanced integrations are separately scoped and subject to feasibility; no live calendar integration is included or promised.

How does AI find my business?

Your Kwotable page is written so AI assistants can read it: your services, your prices, your area and your opening hours, in plain words and in structured data. When someone asks an assistant for a business like yours, it can quote your real price and point them to your booking page. We can't promise when or how often an assistant will name you.

What does it cost?

First month free. The first 50 businesses then pay £39.99 a month, with the founding-plan price locked while continuously subscribed. Standard new customers after that allocation pay £59.99 a month. No booking commission, minimum booking fee or AI-source fee. Each plan covers one business/location. Extra locations, advanced integrations and substantial bespoke work are separately scoped, not included in the price lock. Is there a contract?

What data do you keep?

Your business details, prices and opening times, and the name, contact details and request your customers send. We use them only to pass requests to you. See the privacy notice for the full detail.

How fast is setup?

We build your page from your price list and opening times. Send us those and we will show you a draft before anything goes live.

Kwotable is a trading name of Sharland Vaval, a sole trader in London, separate from Bike Clinique Ltd. Bike Clinique's own Kwotable page is the live example.
