Terms of use
1. What Kwotable is
Kwotable is a trading name of Sharland Vaval. Kwotable is a booking tool. It shows a local business's own prices and free times and passes bookings and requests to that business. Kwotable is not the supplier of the service you book. Your contract for the work is with the business.
Correspondence/service address: Unit 1, Swan Centre, Rosemary Road, London SW17 0AR. Contact: hello@kwotable.co.uk.
2. For customers
Prices. Prices on a business's page are set by that business. A price marked "from" is a starting price; the business confirms the final price with you before any work.
Confirmed bookings and requests. Where the page says a time is confirmed, it is booked in the business's diary. Where it says "request", the business must confirm it with you before it is a booking.
Payment. You pay the business directly. Kwotable does not charge customers and does not take payment.
Changing or cancelling. Contact the business with your booking reference. Ask the business for its cancellation terms if they are not shown on its page. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a service booked at a distance, that right is against the business and is not affected by these terms.
The work itself. The business is responsible for the quality of its work, its advice, its insurance and its staff. Questions and complaints about the work should go to the business first. If you cannot resolve it, tell us at hello@kwotable.co.uk and we will pass it on and may remove the business from Kwotable.
3. For businesses
Your page. You give us your services, prices and opening times and keep them accurate and up to date. Prices must be the total price a customer pays, including VAT where it applies.
Bookings. You confirm or decline requests promptly, and honour confirmed bookings at the listed price.
Our fees. First month free. The first 50 businesses then pay £39.99 a month, with the founding-plan price locked while continuously subscribed. Standard new customers after that allocation pay £59.99 a month after their free first month. Each plan covers one business/location. No booking commission, minimum booking fee or AI-source fee applies to new bookings, regardless of source or whether the customer is new or returning. Customers pay nothing to Kwotable. Extra locations, advanced integrations and substantial bespoke work are separately scoped and agreed in writing before work; they are not included in the founding-plan price lock. No live calendar integration is included or promised.
Earlier agreements. We honour any earlier founding price already accepted in an existing written agreement. These new public prices do not automatically migrate existing subscriptions or change earlier agreed billing terms. Historical billed fees and existing contract records are not revised by this pricing release.
No long contract. You can cancel monthly by telling us. The founding-plan price lock ends if you stop being continuously subscribed. We can remove a page that is inaccurate, unlawful, or that falls below our quality standard.
Customer data. You use customers' details only to deliver and manage their booking, keep them secure, and follow UK data protection law.
4. What we promise, and what we don't
We take care to run Kwotable reliably and to show each business's information accurately as given to us. We do not promise that the service will be free of faults or always available, and we do not promise any business a particular number of customers or bookings.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
5. AI assistants
AI assistants may read a business's page and help you book. They can make mistakes. The price and time shown on Kwotable's own confirmation are the ones that count.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Contact: hello@kwotable.co.uk
